Why does the UK recruitment industry not promote itself more avidly in a way that enables anyone looking for a recruitment agency to see them more easily?

It makes more sense for recruitment firms to promote their whole business to include all of the services they offer and not just promote individual jobs.

Recruitment firms are the professional intermediary through which relationships are established and managed. They are the place for candidates and employers to successfully establish relationships for careers today and for the future. With candidates changing jobs throughout their career and with employers frequently having additional needs, maintaining relationships for all parties is key.

Recruitment firms need to put themselves in the shoes of those looking to identify the sectors they specialise in.

What is needed, as is the case with other industries, is a focal point on the Internet where all UK recruitment firms can be identified for the sectors & services they specialise in by the audience they wish to appeal too.

Candidates need to be able to identify recruitment firms wherever they may be in the UK, who are best placed to help them move forward with their career in their chosen sector.

Companies such as Employment Billboard recognise this and with some 16,000 plus recruitment firms in the UK, we are aiming to be the place on the Internet that promotes recruitment firms by their sector specialism.
