Employment Billboard goes live!
www.employmentBillboard.co.uk today became a reality and launched itself into the employment arena. Whilst not a recruiter, the site seeks to simplify the candidate search for employment agencies and executive search and selection companies enabling candidates to build lasting relationships with these organisations.
The recruitment market place is densely populated with many companies who operate in this arena, all of whom are not always that easy for a candidate to find via a search engine or other method. Candidates new to the employment search will not necessarily know who the right firms are to help them find success with a new career and in offering our service, a candidate can simply make two selections and a list of recruiters will appear. Simply clicking on the recruiter’s logo will take you, the candidate, immediately to the recruiter’s site and enable you to make immediate contact and start to build a relationship with the employment agency or executive search and selection company. Naturally, employers can do the same.

The result is represented by the recruiter’s logo which in turn re-enforces the recruiter’s business as a whole.
Our aim is to be the online community for recruiters who are looking to attract a better ‘product’ in the form of candidates, who in turn, can now see where the recruiters specific to their needs.
Employment Billboard will be working hard to populate their billboards in the short term prior to creating candidate awareness.
