Who we are
Employment Billboard has been established by Paul Rutherford. Paul spent his initial 14 employed years in the finance sector and then 11 years in Data Management and Software Solution provision. The latter he was Sales Director and then Managing Director of for a number of years and the company provided Data Management and software products and services to the retail grocery market and its supplier base.
We are a web-based business dedicated to improving the visibility and results of both agency and candidate respectively by bringing the two together in a more cohesive fashion. We are providing a focal point of promotion for recruitment firms, enabling candidates to more easily identify who you are and what sectors you specialise in.
Having worked in a Data Management environment for a number of years and seen many different levels of understanding and software user ability, we understand that it is essential to make life as easy as possible for the user. There are thousands of recruitment firms, both employment agencies and executive search and selection companies operating in the UK and we aim to service both candidate and agency equally.
